Pilates Mat Foundations – Saturdays 10am
This class focuses on building strength in the Pilates movement principles and the beginning repertoire. Props are used to help students understand the Pilates movement principles or to encourage flexibility and mobility. This class is perfect for beginners or those looking to build a strong foundation to progress to intermediate mat and reformer work.
No prerequisite and appropriate for all levels.
Intermediate Pilates Mat – Tuesdays 6:30 pm
This class builds on the foundational work and incorporates intermediate exercises and challenging variations. In this class, additional props may be used to challenge and deepen the work.
Previous mat experience is suggested before taking this class. This class may not be appropriate for those with active spine or joint injuries.
Pilates Barre – Mondays 5:15pm
This energetic class combines standing work at the Barre with Pilates Mat work for a great full-body workout!
