This is an excellent way to start your Pilates or Yoga journey, or for the experienced practitioner to fine-tune your skills. For clients new to Pilates we highly recommend starting here before moving into a group setting – Pilates is like learning a new language! Your instructor can help you identify areas of postural weakness or misalignment you may be unaware of so you aren’t replicating incorrect patterns in a group class.
Your trainer can design a workout to fit your individual needs, and give you the fine-tuned one on one attention to help you move deeply with precision and get satisfying results.
Our instructors have training in many movement modalities as well as expertise in athletic conditioning, rehab, active aging and functional movement and we encourage them to use these in their sessions.
