What is a membership?
Your membership fee will auto-deduct each month and you will get a set number of classes to use within that month. Members get priority registration 2x yearly (January and June) to reserve their spot in their favorite classes as well as discounts on retail, access to special “members only” pop up classes and specialty workshops!
What are the membership options?
5 classes a month ($119/month for 12 months or $139/month for month-to-month contract)
8 classes a month plus unlimited mat classes ($189/month for 12 months or $209/month for month-to-month contract)
Unlimited mat and reformer ($269/month for 12 months or $289 for month-to-month)
Can I pay with a check for my membership? Or do I have to have my credit card info on file?
Yes, you can pay your membership dues in studio via check, card swipe or cash, but we ask that as a courtesy you make your payment in advance of your payment date so your account is not overdue. You do not need to leave your credit card info on file if you’d prefer not to.
What if I don’t want to be a member, but I still want to take reformer classes at Core?
You can drop in to classes with a Reformer class or Mat class package which you can purchase in increments of 1, 5, or 10 – all packages expire in 4 months.
Can I use my membership to take discounted reformer classes?
Yes, you can use a membership credit towards a discounted reformer class, or you can purchase a separate package of discounted reformer classes to use in addition to your membership.
What about makeups or if I have to miss a class?
If you have to miss a class, go on to our MindBody online scheduler and cancel your reservation. If you do this outside of our 24 hour cancellation window, you will retain the credit to use for another class. You can look at the schedule and sign yourself in to any open spot in another class.
If you miss a class but do not cancel outside of the 24 hour cancellation window, you forfeit the class.
Where is the MindBody online scheduler? Is there an app for that?
If you have taken class at Core in the past, you are already in our system! Once you create a login password you will be able to access all your info – past visits, payments, future classes you have reserved, etc.
Mindbody also has a great smartphone app to make scheduling/cancelling on the go quick and easy!
Do my classes roll over?
No, all classes must be used during your month and will refresh at the next payment period. If you have taken more classes in a month than is covered by your membership, Core will notify you to settle your account for any owed classes.
What if I go on vacation for two (or more) weeks?
You may “freeze” your membership for one billing period annually. Please contact Core at least 2 weeks before the billing period you would like to freeze.

Can I cancel anytime?
You are committed to three months initially on the month-to-month membership, and 12 months on the yearly plan. To cancel a month-to-month membership, you must fill out a cancellation form at the studio – your membership cancels 30 days after signing the cancellation form and you can use all classes through the end of your last billed period. If you are on the yearly plan, we will contact you about renewal 30 days before the end of your contract.
