This class is tailored to clients who wish to build strength and mobility in a safe and gentle environment. This class will focus on movement basics – on the mat and reformer -that will help clients with posture, balance and flexibility with modifications that are safe and mindful of the needs of individuals over 60.
Prerequisite: 3 private sessions with instructor and/or instructor’s approval to enter class.
