As of June 15th we are opening up to 25% capacity, so no more that 3 people in the studio at one time.
We have more than enough square footage to allow for adequate social distancing (6 or more recommended feet), and have re-arranged reformers to help keep more distance between clients and teachers at all times.
To make this work schedule wise between our staff, limit crossover contact, and to allow time for regular sanitizing and cleaning, we are scheduling instructors in am/pm blocks instead of having a revolving door of teachers and clients coming in and out throughout the day. This makes scheduling a little more restrictive but we are hoping it is only temporary!
All appointments will have a 15 minute buffer between to clean equipment and to prevent crossover contact between sessions.
The studio will be deep cleaned and sanitized twice per day in addition to regular equipment cleaning between clients and disinfecting of common areas and surfaces throughout the space.
All staff and clients will be required to wear masks in the studio. The City of St. Paul has required masks in all indoor spaces.
Instructors will wash hands or use hand sanitizer between each session and all clients will be instructed to wash their hands immediately upon entering the studio.
If you show up to the studio without a mask we will have a limited number of paper masks (surgical masks) available for purchase at cost.
Instructors will not offer physical cues or adjustments (nothing hands-on).
We will be urging clients to use our Mindbody online system for contactless payments whenever possible.
Teachers and clients will STAY HOME if they or someone they have been in close contact with (i.e. living partner or confirmed prolonged contact with known positive case) has had symptoms of COVID-19 – more information here: https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/coronavirus/symptoms.html
We will waive late cancellation fee if you develop symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment and have to cancel.
We ask of you:
Make sure you are symptom-free when you come into the studio.
Wear a mask anytime you are in the studio. It only works if we all do it!
Wash your hands immediately upon entering the studio. Hand sanitizer will also be available in multiple spots throughout the studio.
Wipe down equipment and surfaces/props throughly after each session.
Please wait outside or in your car until just prior to your session time (do not come in and sit for 5-10 minutes before class)
Avoid touching your face, sneezing or coughing without covering your nose and mouth (cough into your elbow).
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
