Welcome to Core Pilates!

At Core Pilates & Yoga, our mission is to make Pilates accessible to everyone. We are a full-service Pilates equipment studio for people who are looking for superior quality of instruction, small class sizes and the connection and attention that comes with (your workout is much more effective when you are being coached and corrected!) and a fun, relaxed community vibe!

Our Instructors

Our team of expert instructors focus on making Pilates applicable to every day life, movements, and bodies.  We  LOVE to offer you challenge and VARIETY - we are not going to repeat the same old boring sequences  ....that's not how your body progresses. All of our exercises and class sequences have a WHY that always leads back to helping YOU live life in a pain free, vital and mobile body!

Our Studio

We welcome all body types, shapes, sizes, ages, fitness levels. We strive to be inclusive in our language, our staffing, and we welcome everyone without attitude or judgement. You don't have to be fit or strong to start Pilates - but Pilates WILL help you connect to your center, get fit and feel strong and capable at any age or size!


We feature only the most potent styles of Pilates Mat, Yoga and Equipment training.  Our classes are designed to not only make you stronger and more flexible, but also help you achieve optimal posture, balanced muscle engagement and the precision and efficiency that comes with optimal form - inside AND OUTSIDE of the studio.
