Heather’s style is client-centered, intuitive and focused, and she coaches her clients to a deeper awareness of movement and strength, moving beyond functional training and toward integration and awareness of the whole body.
Her eye is laser focused on your form and she knows the exact way to cue you into a deeper and more precise understanding of your movement blind spots.
Her first years of training and teaching Pilates took place in a physical therapy clinic in Orange County, California, which sparked a passion and talent for injury prevention and rehabilitation. She saw how the Pilates method worked wonders when it could be intelligently applied and translated to the individual.
One of her favorite things is using her Pilates toolkit to help people out of chronic pain or injury patterns and guiding them to new movement patterns that support healthy alignment and functional movement. After over a decade in the industry, she can confidently say that the Pilates method changes lives and heals bodies!!
Heather also holds certifications in Yoga (RYT 230 Yoga Center of Minneapolis), Personal Training (NASM), TRX and also teaches dance and barre. She is also a Holistic Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Heather is comprehensively certified through Balanced Body Pilates and continues to deepen her Pilates knowledge and expand her toolkit through regular continuing education courses all around the country. She firmly believes that a great teacher is always learning, and brings new curiosity and techniques to each session.

She started her study of the human body in 1996 as a rehabilitative massage therapist. Victoria is a former massage instructor at Centerpoint School of Bodywork in St. Louis Park, a former member of the Minnesota Sports Massage Team.
Victoria combines a passion for anatomy with a fun and creative client-centered approach to teaching Pilates and is dedicated to helping her clients meet their goals. She has a special interest in working with people recovering from injuries, chronic pain, and older adults.

Kristine has been practicing the Pilates method for over 20 years. She is certified through STOTT PILATES® and teaches one-on-one and group classes on the mat, reformer, chair, and small equipment.
Her teaching style incorporates her lifelong dance training and yoga experience to increase students’ total body strength, balance and form, flexibility, and coordination.
In addition to Pilates, Kristine is also qualified to teach Total Barre™, ZEN•GA™ (a blend of mind-body modalities, supported by the latest findings in fascial fitness), and the TRX Suspension Trainer. If you haven’t tried these complementary disciplines, just ask at your next session–you’re in for a treat!

In 2010, Becca completed her comprehensive Pilates Certification through Turning Points Studio. Currently, she's working on advanced training in Restorative Movement and Pilates for Enhanced Stress Relief. Ever since she was young, Samantha has always been moving and dancing. She first was introduced to Pilates in high school where Mat Pilates was a part of her dance conditioning classes. She found that Pilates really helped her stay strong and supported her in her dance training. She believes that Pilates is a great way to stay strong and flexible as well as keep in tune with her own body and what it needs to stay healthy.
In addition to teaching Pilates, Samantha is a professional dancer in the Twin Cities. She began her pre-professional training at The School at TU Dance in 2011, and received her bachelor of Art in Dance and Art from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2019. She is proficient in classical and contemporary ballet, modern, and African dance.
Samantha is currently dancing with TU Dance in their CULTIVATE Program. As a dancer she strives to delve deep into the physicality and emotional nuances of the movement presented to her.
Today, her knowledge and passion for dance inspires her Pilates work and is a large part of her instruction.

Amy walked into her first Pilates class to be around other adults when she was home taking care of her young children! She quickly realized that Pilates was not just a good social outlet for a new mom, but a whole new way of keeping healthy, strong, active, and happy. She credits Pilates with helping her keep up her kids as they moved through childhood.
When she isn’t on a reformer, Amy can be found reading a book, cooking up something in the kitchen, walking her Springer Spaniel, or enjoying time with her husband and those babies (now college students!)

Alicia is a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast who has tried about every form of exercise. From gymnastics to diving, hiking, biking, yoga and competitive running, Alicia has always been fascinated with moving her body to see what it’s capable of.
After over 10 years of being a type-A runner, logging up to 100 miles a week, she experienced many injuries including stress fractures, muscle tears, etc. It was her physical therapist who suggested she try Pilates (and give up running for good)!
From her first Pilates session she couldn’t get enough of it. Not only was it fun, her body found balance and was no longer in pain. She was elated to have better mobility, flexibility, and strength throughout her entire body. She also fell in love with the community and being around like-minded people.
Since leaving her Sales and Marketing career, she’s thrilled to finally do what she wished she would have done all along. She wants to help people feel good in their bodies. She wants to mitigate imbalances, alleviate pain and help others achieve their fitness goals.
Alicia is in the process of completing her comprehensive Pilates instructor training with Balanced Body as well as becoming certified in TRX and Barre.
When Alicia isn’t doing Pilates, she’s spending time with her husband, Jason and two kids Ava (4) and Miles (2). They enjoy going for walks along the River Road, going to parks, swimming in the summertime and golfing. Alicia loves getting together with her friends and family, spending time outdoors, and reading books!
