Join Dani and Vickie for a 90-minute workshop regarding all things feet.
We’ll discuss basic foot anatomy, how the foot relates to the hip, and learn exercises to stretch, mobilize and strengthen these structures to help get you out and moving this spring without pain.
Are you looking to begin your Pilates practice but not sure where to start? Come meet with one of our instructors for some one-on-one attention and you will learn the basics you need to get started! We recommend all new clients start here whether you are interested in joining a group class or continuing one-on-one.

Our trainers all teach from a holistic approach.We strive to create a true mind/body experience at Core. While the Group Reformer Classes work on the machines, all of our instructors have training in other movement modalities and we encourage them to use these in class. The result is classes where movement is influenced by dance, Gyrokenesis, TRX, yoga and meditation and more.
These classes are designed to be fun and at the same time challenge you to deepen your practice.
