To register for classes……
Step 1: Follow this link to register via Mindbody….register NO LATER THAN ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SCHEDULED CLASS TIME and you will receive an email with the link to join the class via Zoom! (if you don’t see it – double check your spam or junk folders!!)
Step 2: 10 minutes or so before class, follow the link in the email you receive and you will be led to our virtual waiting room. If this is your first time using Zoom you will have to download the software which takes less than a minute!
Price: $9 per class, or $25 for a 3 class pass
UNLIMITED MONTH OF CLASSES = $89
To schedule a Skype private with one of our instructors, please email Heather and specify if you have a preferred date/time and we will get back to you! Virtual private sessions will be $50.

Are you looking to begin your Pilates practice but not sure where to start? Come meet with one of our instructors for some one-on-one attention and you will learn the basics you need to get started! We recommend all new clients start here whether you are interested in joining a group class or continuing one-on-one.

Our trainers all teach from a holistic approach.We strive to create a true mind/body experience at Core. While the Group Reformer Classes work on the machines, all of our instructors have training in other movement modalities and we encourage them to use these in class. The result is classes where movement is influenced by dance, Gyrokenesis, TRX, yoga and meditation and more.
These classes are designed to be fun and at the same time challenge you to deepen your practice.
