This class is designed for a Pilates or Reformer Pilates newbie! You will get a challenging workout that builds a solid foundation on the basics of the Pilates method on the Reformer.
This class is designed to give you a great full-body workout and leave you feeling toned, stretched, and centered! Mixed-level is appropriate for any client with a strong movement foundation and grasp of the Pilates principles and choreography. These classes will build sequences progressively, so you can choose which level you are ready to work at. Safe for a beginner, but we recommend brand new people try our Intro to Reformer class first!
This class will utilize the Reformer and the Tower, 2 pieces of equipment that can be used separately or combined for a challenging workout!

In a level 2/Intermediate class, expect to build on the fundamentals with intermediate and advanced repertoire exercises and variations, complex choreography, and balance and coordination challenges.
Deep mastery of the fundamentals, good body awareness and alignment and comfort with equipment transitions is a must to move at the pace of an intermediate class.

This class builds on the Pilates movement foundations and introduces more intermediate to advanced repertoire. Expect challenging variations, choreography and coordination.

This class will focus on improving athletic performance, strength, agility and power! Challenge yourself with exercises that test balance, unilateral movement, weight transference and core stability. Classes may include Reformer, Tower, Chair, Jump-board, TRX and other small props.
Throughout the class, you will be rebalancing and releasing tight or overused muscles as well as strengthening smaller stabilizing muscles to ensure you are keeping your body balanced as you pursue your favorite sport!
Prerequisites: Must be active injury-free and have intermediate reformer level class experience or instructor approval.
This class is for you if you are looking for a higher intensity workout! This class will use intervals and circuit training techniques for a heart pumping and calorie burning challenge. In this class we will intersperse low-impact Cardio intervals using the Jumpboard on the Reformer and full body/core strength and balance work using the TRX.
Prerequisite: Client must be active-injury-free and/or have instructor/studio approval to take intermediate level classes.
This class is tailored to clients over 60 who wish to build strength and mobility in a safe and gentle environment. This class will focus on movement basics - on the mat, Tower and Reformer -that will help clients with posture, balance and flexibility. Instructor will offer modifications that are safe and mindful of the needs of individuals over 60.
Prerequisite: Onboarding Session and/or instructor's approval to enter class.
This class is tailored to meet the needs of the Active Aging client who may be newer to Pilates - focusing on the foundations of Pilates and the reformer to build awareness, strength and mobility. Modifications and/or props will be offered to help clients find the right support and awareness of the exercise for their body of the day. This class is a great entry point to the Active Aging program but will also provide a great workout to those who have had prior experience!
Prerequisite: Onboarding Session with one of our Core Instructors
This class is for the client who feels proficient in Active Aging Reformer and is ready for a greater challenge. This class will focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility, and may include intermediate mat and reformer exercises, TRX suspension training, and reformer jumpboard. Clients will need to be comfortable with a faster pace of instruction, confident with equipment transitions, and need fewer modifications.
Prerequisite: at least 10 sessions of Active Aging Reformer, ability to tolerate a hands and knees position for several minutes, to lie face down on a reformer box, straddle sit on the reformer/tower - with minimum modifications. Instructor's approval. Active and acute injuries are not appropriate for this format.
