This class is designed to give you a great full-body workout and leave you feeling toned, stretched, and centered! Mixed-level is appropriate for any client with a strong movement foundation and grasp of the Pilates principles and choreography. These classes will build sequences progressively, so you can choose which level you are ready to work at. Safe for a beginner, but we recommend brand new people try our Intro to Reformer Series or a Level 1 class first!
This class will utilize the Reformer and the Tower, 2 pieces of equipment that can be used separately or combined for a challenging workout!
In a Level 1 class you will work at a more moderate pace, and the teacher will give plenty of alignment and setup cues, and provide more guidance for equipment transitions and modifications.
In a Level 1 class our goal is for our clients to work to master the Pilates foundations so that they can work deeper in each class and gain the basis in their bodies and understanding to progress to Level 2 if they wish.
Appropriate for beginners but we suggest that brand new clients complete an Onboarding Session or Intro to Reformer series before jumping into a regular group!
