Core Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy. ALL IN PERSON classes or private/semi-private sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged as a late cancel, no exceptions.
ALL GROUP CLASS RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS must be done via Mindbody. Please note that class registration online closes 1 hour prior to class start time.
We ask that you do not call, email or text instructors or management for a simple class cancellation or booking request - we are often busy teaching and may not see your message in time.
If you are a new client who needs a quick Mindbody or Mindbody App tutorial, please reach out and we'll find time to connect with you over the phone or next time you're in studio to walk you through how to book/cancel classes!
To cancel or reschedule a PRIVATE or SEMI PRIVATE session - contact your instructor directly via email or text, do NOT call or email the studio - we simply do not always see these messages in a timely manner to then relay to the instructor. The 24 hour cancellation window also applies to private and semi-private sessions.
If you have registered for an INTRO TO REFORMER SERIES, WORKSHOP or SPECIALTY CLASS SERIES - please contact us if you need to cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop or first class occurrence. If we can get a waitlisted person to take your spot, we will refund your reservation. If there is no one on the waitlist available, we will return your purchase in the form of studio credit.
All workshop/series cancellations within 48 hours will be considered a late cancel and will not be refunded.
Mindbody has a waiting list feature, if a class is full you can opt to put yourself on the waiting list. There are 2 waitlist slots available per class.
If a client cancels out of class outside the late cancel window (24 hrs or more), the first waitlisted client will get an automated email or text (if enabled) notifying them of the available spot.
Simply reply YES to this email/text if you want to confirm your reservation, or NO if you no longer want it and we will open it up to the next person on the list.
If you get in off the waitlist and can no longer take the spot, you are NOT liable for paying for the reservation, but we do ask that you reply back and let us know so we can offer the spot to the next waitlisted client.
You may register up to 15 minutes before class start time for a virtual class.
As capacity is not limited for a virtual class, you may cancel up to 30 minutes in advance of a virtual class w/o losing your credit.
Virtual members who sign up and do not attend will receive the recording of class.
Virtual Class Zoom links will be sent via FitGrid one hour prior to class start time (or immediately upon registration, if you sign up within one hour of class start time).
Please make sure your preferred email address for class links is the one we have on file in your Mindbody profile so your class links go to the correct inbox!
Membership is a monthly autopay - with that monthly autopay you receive a certain amount of class credits, depending on your tier. You must use up those credits within the month, they do not roll over.
Your membership date is an important date to remember - this is the date your autopay drafts and is also the start of your "month". It is up to you to keep track of how many credits you have used in your month.
We try to keep our membership easy and flexible so if you happen to take more credits in your month than your membership allots, we offer you a special member drop in rate of $29 per additional class.
You can cancel or freeze your membership for up to two months - just give us at least 14 days notice before your autopay date to make any changes.

All Sales are Final. By making a purchase, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of product or Service(s) offered by Core Pilates and Yoga. Products, services, and studio credit are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Studio credit may be issued within 30 days of initial purchase, at the discretion of Core Pilates and Yoga.
Masks are optional and still encouraged, especially during cold and flu season or if you know you have been exposed to or are recovering from a virus!
If you are at all symptomatic of any viral illness, do not come to class. Please refer to the cancellation procedures above if you are feeling ill or have tested positive for COVID.
Please wear a high quality mask when you come into the studio if you or someone you live with or routinely come into contact with has been recently exposed.
Use best judgement for when it is appropriate to come back to class after an illness - if you are still symptomatic or have had a fever in the last 24 hours we ask that you do not come into the studio.
