If you are new to our studio, we recommend you book an ONBOARDING session with us before jumping into a group class.
In this session we will ask you about your Pilates/fitness/health goals, update your profile with any injuries or conditions our staff should be aware of, set your profile permissions so you can sign up for classes, and make sure you are solid on the Pilates movement principles and how to use the equipment before entering class.
At the end of the session we'll offer you a menu of "Studio Starter" packages to get started with your first 2 months at Core at a great price.

Over the course of 6 weeks, you will practice the basic Mat, Reformer and Tower exercises that will provide the foundation for most group class programming.
Learn how to activate and strengthen your deep core muscles (abs, back and obliques) to stabilize your spine and help you move from your "powerhouse"!
We'll also teach you the basics of the equipment and essential Pilates repertoire exercises, some anatomy basics and common modifications so you know you're working the right muscles with proper alignment.
At the end of the 6-week series, you will be ready to confidently enter a Level 1 or Mixed Level Reformer Class at Core Pilates.
